I had a great time at this resort. The rooms were spacious and surprisingly bigger than what I expected based on the photos. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the Assistant Manager, Diamond, who was incredibly helpful. However, I did experience some issues with funds being blocked from my debit card without any prior notice. The dining options were plentiful, and overall, I felt it was a good value for what I received.
I enjoyed my stay at the resort, especially for the breathtaking views and the beautiful pool area. The kids loved the water park, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and the lack of essentials in the kitchen. Additionally, breakfast was quite pricey for what it offered.
